HOW IT WORKS
We offer standard fast shipping starting $10. FREE shipping for orders over $200 (Please select this option during checkout).
Delivery takes 3-5 business days from shipment date. If you are based in WA, it may take an additional 1-2 business days to delivery.
(Notes: Once a parcel has been dispatched, delivery timeframes are ultimately managed by the courier and are beyond our control)
Orders received after 11:00 AM will be packed on the following day. Orders received before 11:00 PM are typically packed the same day.
After your order is paid for and shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. This tracking number allows you to monitor when your order is dispatched and scheduled for delivery to your residence. If delivery is unsuccessful (no one is home), you can pick up your goods from your local Australia Post office. To check your order status, use the tracking number and link provided in your shipping confirmation email.
